FOR SALE SIGN WANTED

Over the next few weeks come with me as I provide you with a 10 part step by step series of getting your home prepped for a FOR SALE sign in the yard.  During our time together I’ll provide you with the know-how of what’s important as you look at the inside and outside of your home.  You’ll be able to transform your home from lived in to camera ready.

Like you, a home owner, I too saw a need for a for sale sign in my front yard. A few years ago after being homeowners for 10 years our job required for us to sell our house and move to another city.  Many of us choose to move for different reasons. Some of those reasons might be that a bigger house is required as your kids are growing or the kids have grown up and as empty nesters the home is too big. No matter what your reason is, we all have to go through a process of selling our homes.

With my experience as a home owner and a certified Home Stager the tips I’ll provide you will assist you in those crucial decisions. My hope is that you don’t have to figure it out on your own, that you’ll be able to take the advice I have and move quickly from FOR SALE to SOLD!
